Many of our clients opt for two circuits, one on the BT network, one with another carrier. Direct Connect Services gives us the ability to provide voice and data services on an additional network; this means there is no disruption to service if one network fails, through local issues such as digging, wear and tear of cables, or even a general failure of the network itself.
