Our consultants and IT team are called in to carry out a full IT and communications review for a top management consultancy company. A thorough audit of their current IT infrastructure is carried out – a number of security flaws have been identified as threats to the business by our experts. Charles Street Communications implements a high encryption email solution, a top-line spam filter and a comprehensive offsite backup solution. Results also indicate that upgrades are required across all PC’s as well as crucial anti-virus software.
Our consultants then analyse all mobile and fixed line bills, they identify a lot of European roaming as well as a lot of outgoing calls from the UK to the USA. The fixed line bill shows that the company are paying BT rates from over two years ago. Our new fixed line proposal takes 50% off the rates currently offered by BT and our mobile tariff proposal, thanks to our buying power advantages, displayed major discounts in major European countries and in calls to the USA. We also introduce an international Blackberry tariff for employees so they can send unlimited emails from any country in the world, further reducing the need to make expensive long-distance mobile calls.
